[SOLVED] Do intel HD have lower latency compared to discrete graphic?

Hi. My laptop use intel HD for Videos app.
Recently, I changed it into Discrete Gpu.
It open much slower and lagged.
It also late when i press play and pause compared to intel hd.
Do intel hd have lower latency?
