Question Do Intel WiFi drivers work with an AMD (ryzen) cpu?

This is the driver I need for my wireless network adapter. However, whenever I install the drivers either from the manufacturer's page or from Intel's site, I always get a fatal error when installing. Is this due to the type of CPU I have?

I have, but it runs into the same errors.

Edit: not exactly the same, but the drivers don't work from there either.
