Question Do mobos come with updated bios for amd cpu?

The pcpartpicker warns me about potential incompatibility due to outdated bios on mobos which means that I will have to flash them in order to support the amd cpu, is this a real problem or the mobos that are sold come with updated bios? I would rather avoid flashing the bios considering how risky process it is especially in my area where unpredictable frequent power outages occur, what do you suggest me to do?

Possibly.
R5 4500 needs bios 7C96v18 installed. That was released 2 years ago so there is a chance the motherboard has a new version since then. I don't know how you confirm it. I assume you haven't bought it as there is a chance there is a stamp on board showing installed bios.

Some motherbaords let you flash bios without a CPU attached which would have resolved part of problem - not the unpredictable weather though.

bios updates should only take a minute or so.

I would look for a board that was released after the CPU as then there is a good chance you won't have to flash it to get support.
