do my system is OC-free?

I have a asus motherboard, just checked the BIOS, under ai tweaker all settings are set to Auto including voltages etc, XMP was also disabled, EZ tuning was set to Energy Saver (I think I did that long ago to reduce overheat) I did exit the BIOS without saving anything, my Windows 10 continued to load the desktop without instant reboot or any boot sound. Weird thing is my MSI GPU box says "OC" icon on it but I never experienced any crash. Recently I'm getting freezing and hard reboot but I think thats because VMware drivers and/or my 1TB external hard disk was giving somesort device manager yellow icon on the list, I plugged off lets see how it goes. Anyways can you guys confirm my system is OC free?

my CPU 4790k is also set to 4.00 GHz so I think its base and normal yes?
