your 12v+ is way too low for sure .. try another monitor to check it to be sure its a good reading all the readings on the + side of thing should be closer to it values

So I figured out how to use the program to find my voltages and this is what I came out with. Are these still okay? Picture here
now that looks more like it .. not as scary as the last one you posted if you reset the results and run something like a bench mark and then look at the max average and min. readings to see if any bad drops occur .. you psu should hold stable readings and still stay between the the specs I listed above under load
