unreal this place is. i live about 3 hours away from them. i placed an order with them, tuesday and i will not recieve it until friday (but more than likely i'll get it monday!). this is a joke. and it wouldn't be half as bad if their sales/technical support people were even somewhat courteous over the phone. you try to find out one thing, and their off on the other side of the planet talking about something else not even related to what you want to know. like they are not even listening to you. would like to really know who does their shipping as it takes 2-3 days to ship? heck i've ordered stuff from california (fedex saver) and recieved it before this package. i don't see how places like this can stay in business. i'd advise everyone that purchases online to stay away.

I've ordered many time from them many times with no problems. I will give some thought before ordering again, though.
