Do not see the boxes of the programs in use in the Taskbar

My security software has been letting me know about a lot of intrusions
intents. For these last two days when I open a porgram I do not see the box
on the taskbar.
I have sacnned the pc yesterday and it picked up one virus and I delete it
but even so there seems that whatever got installed is still not allowing me
to correct this problem.

I have tried restoring it to prevoious point but nothing, do you know how
could I fix this?

If you didnt allow the intrusions then you didnt get the virus from
them. Try to refrain from downloading and installing viruses.
