[SOLVED] Do pc fans stop for a second during Boot?

Hey guys my pc while booting stops the fans for a second or 2, then starts back and boots normally. The lights remain on though. Is this normal? Boot time is 17s to 20s.

Boot time is respectable if it's on an NVMe SSD, fans, well, maybe if you could show us a video of what you're seeing, that would help but if that only happens during boot sequence then it's possible that the fans are calibrated by the board before you're booting into OS. Also, might want to check and see if your motherboard has any BIOS updates pending.
