About 5 years ago, I bought a 2 TB drive. I carried it around everywhere loading up Ubuntu...it was incredibly convenient--plug in, reboot and i was good to go, until it filled up.
About 2 years ago, I rather effortlessly found an affordable 4 TB portable drive from Seagate to replace it. It too served its purpose well...now it's full
I figured, in 2020, just as effortlessly, I should be able to find an 8 TB drive to replace it
...so far there's been a noticeable parallel...media files get larger, drive size gets larger...but now i seem to be stuck at 4 TB...i'm stumped...help?
