Do posts automatically delete?

Seems I cannot find my post from end of April. Was it automatically deleted? Is there a search function? Is there a way to find my post (archive function)? I went to my CP (if its called that) and it shows three tabs labeled 'Profile', 'No Thread', and 'no messages'. No one responded to my inquiry, and all the replies were me asking for assistance. Anyway, what gives?

Yeah, that one. How the hell did I miss that? Is there a search function I cannot find? I am having such a bad run with this forum I guess. Thanks for responding, at least I know its not something off with my system/setup.
