Getting a little OT here, but a note on your procedure......unless you have an
awfully old machine, the first thing after installing Windows 95 would be to install
any motherboard/chipset drivers/patches for Win95, to allow Win95 to recognise all
the Device Manager entries correctly. Most of those Win95 mobo patches allow the
newer busses to be enumerated correctly. A VIA chipset would additionally need the
4-in-1 drivers.
If installing OSR2.x (Win95B or C), the USB Supplements (there are two of them) need
to be installed with a reboot each, prior to anything else.
I personally recommend the AMD patch, whether you have an AMD system or not.
