Question do SATA SSDs have flash nands?

I would like to do programming on SATA SSD, but I read that in programming the not excessive overheating in nand flash memories brings improvements in the programming field, surely the nand flash memories are present on SSD m.2, but I cannot understand if they are also in SATA SSDs

Yes they do.

But, in a case with any reasonable airflow, and given non-crappy drives....overheating an SSD is not an issue.
