Do the cables matter when customizing PSU cables

so i recently did a whole custom job of rewiring all of my PSU cables, I have a fully modular PSU, i wrote down all of the pins and which order they go in, but i took out all of the wires and i now realized that they all have different thicknesses. i put all the wires back into place but the wires didnt go back in the correct orders in thickness wise. does this matter? could this burn out different parts because of different voltages and less resistance in the cables?

Id email the company and hopefully they get back. Also, if its a popular psu someone may know. google also , someone may have done a teardown / cable mod of it and have it listed
