that will depend a lot on your system wide cooling setup.
there's no way to determine what temperatures a GPU will run at because every setup is different.

if there's adequate cool air being injected towards the GPU,
it has an adequate fan curve in place,
and there's adequate exhaust,
then it's temperature should stay in the mid-high 60s°C under load.

Side note, I dont plan doing overclock, because I have a 4790 so yeah... I mean, I dont mind so much the bottleneck but doing overclock will make things a bit more messy

Mmm I see
So for example, If I have an intake fan in a ThermalTake Versa H18, would do it just fine?

that depends on how much cool air is reaching the GPU.

if the system has only a single intake fan then that cool air is being warmed very rapidly by the CPU, GPU, RAM, VRM, drives, etc and the system is just recycling that warmed air with very little being exhausted.

with enough cool air coming in and warm air being exhausted,
ideally there should be a good balance with a positive pressure inside the case forcing cool air throughout and pushing warmer air out of the case.

looking at the layout of that case,
the best setup using an air cooler on the CPU should be;
3x 120mm front intakes,
1x 120mm rear exhaust,
1x 120\140mm top exhaust.

using nicer fans,
you should be able to have them setup with rather minimal fan curves
allowing for near to silent operation.
