Question Do the Formview control draws the UI by itself?

If we enable "Dynamic Data Support" and supply an Entity Datasource to a FormView? Sounds like magic. Isn't it?

More information needed:

Add some screenshots showing what you are doing and what has been happening.

(Redact personally identifying information as necessary without masking over relevant code, data, etc..)

Very likely that Formview could draw a UI by itself. Probably just very basic UI with minimal error checking (if any at all) and the layout may not be as required/desired and need additional editing for improved appearance and user friendly understanding. Plus error checking as well.

Not uncommon to use a wizard to generate an initial UI and then edit that UI thereafter.

Show your work, present the problem, include what you think will work, and cite sources as necessary.

Never! I am creating a webapp using ASP.net through VB. Always in the hunt to pursue the shortest possible way. Anyways. I don't remember you doing any job for me... Did you? If a person is asking a question that doesn't mean you take him granted and spill out whatever comes to your mind. If you think that your answers are a work to me. Think Again!

I agree with @ex_bubblehead .

I /we/Forum cannot do your work/homework etc. for you. That does not really help you at all.

Just apply the following philosophy to future questions that you post (and again repeating myself):

When you have a question simply provide what you believe is the answer and cite reasons for that belief.

Show your work. Provide links. Do so honestly and in good faith.

Do not be concerned about being wrong but do not just toss out a wrong answer just as bait to get other answers.
