So I have had techs out to my house a few times this year due to continuing ping spikes when playing online games (league, overwatch, CSGO, tf2) and I am at my wits end trying to figure out what the problem is. I am unfamiliar how to read these values and if anyone could give me some insight that would be great. The person on Arris support said that my upstream bonded channels should have 4 channels rather than 3 and also that the power level on upstream bonded channels should not drop below 45, as you can see channel 1 goes down to 44. Where should I go from here? Im just not sure what these numbers mean.

Solution
No they look good.

According to the DOCSIS standards those are in spec. You can read them at cable labs [for free] if you like.
For downstream levels you want basically to be between -10 and +10 [some will say -13 to +13 some will say -8 to +8 but in any case yours are fine] and you want the downstream carrier SNR to be greater than 34 which yours is

For upstream levels you want to see 35-45, they can be lower or higher per the standard, but these are good with plenty of wiggle room for the temperature changes. You cannot see the Upstream SNR as that is measured at the cmts and not your modem.

The error logs may provide more info if you think you are having issues.
