You chose a CPU with a K at the end. That means it can be overclocked. Overclocking these days can be done with a single click. Your B150 board will severely limit your overclocking abilities. A Z170 board is needed to truly unlock the board for that K chip to be worth it. Apart from that compatibility issue your build will work. It is however overpriced. For less money you can buy a stronger CPU(6600K). I'd move over to Skylake, gain performance and save money($100).

I missed that motherboard issue. Thanks to Elbert for pointing that out. Replace the DDR3 with https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-2133MHz-Non-ECC-Desktop-HX421C14FBK2/dp/B00TY6A1P0/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1476988042&sr=1-1&keywords=DDR4%2B8GB%2B(2%2Bx%2B4)&th=1 and the CPU with https://www.amazon.com/Intel-Skylake-Desktop-Processor-BX80662I56600K/dp/B012M8M7TY/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1476993723&sr=1-1&keywords=6600K .

That CPU 4790K is just stupidly overpriced . The 6600K is better and less expensive.
