The components will work together. Two general suggestions:

1. Go to http://pcpartpicker.com/ to help you build a system- it will check for compatibility of components, and gives you a means to compare parts/prices. There are also many builds (some virtual, some completed) that you can look at to help you decide.
2. Go to PC hardware sales sites, such as newegg, and look at reviews and specs for parts matching your criteria- this will help you decide on parts.

Beyond that, tell us what you will be doing with your machine and your budget, so others can give quality feedback.
