Do these RAM settings look normal in BIOS?

I have a Pentium G3258 which supposedly only supports RAM up to 1333MHz.

My motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-H81M-DS2V and only lists support for 1333 and 1600.

My RAM is Ripjaws X DDR3 1866 cas 8 (timing 8-9-9-24) Purchased this memory in case I upgrade in the future and need faster RAM.

I set X.M.P. to Profile1 (I hope this means I enabled it).

The memory frequency defaulted to 1400MHz and has a voltage of 1.536V

The timing fluctuates but is at 8-7-7-18 now without me touching it.

Does all of this look normal? Does 1400MHz mean my RAM is overclocked since the memory controller in the Pentium only supports up to 1333MHz?

Intel recommends to not exceed 1.5V and mine is running at 1.536V. Everytime I search this voltage, results for GIGABYTE mobo's always comes up. Is this too high and can it lessen the lifespan of my CPU?

That probably makes the difference.
No matter, Intel ram controller is very efficient.
1333 to 1866 will make a difference of perhaps 1-3% in apps or fps.
If you are using integrated video, the difference is more.
I am using the same ram with my G3258.
Use cpu-Z to see what you have.
1400 suggests that you are not using the xmp setting if you have a dual channel kit.
Using XMP is the right way to set the ram.
If you are using dual channel, CPU-Z will say the speed is 1/2 the 1866 that you expect or about 933.
The 1333 support refers to the stock speed that the motherboard supports for booting to bios where you can change speeds.
1866 at 1.5v is about as high as you want to go. I see 1.536 as a rounding error. Probably 1.65 is the real limit.
You can test for stability by running memtest86+.
You should get NO errors running for a full pass or two.

FWIW 1866 gave me a nice boost in integrated graphics performance.

I enabled X.M.P. (set to Profile1) but it will not let me go above 1400MHz. It appears as if that's the max setting. Which motherboard do you have?
