The upstream power levels are definitely on the high side; with three bonded channels, that's in the area in which you can frequently start to see some stability issues. Your modem's working it's ass off to maintain that connection.

Channel 1 on download seems to have a high rate of uncorrectables compared to the other channels too.

Did you add any splitters? Usually with these type of problems, its the isp's responsibility to fix it.
