Actually My old RAM(F4-3200C16D-16GTZB) works in 2933mhz with XMP1 perfectly, now 1 RAM is not working .

So looking for this new RAM, will this RAM supports and works in XMP1 profile with 2933mhx or higher?

I would say no, if neither MSI or G.Skill claim support, then pcpartpicker is WRONG. Memory compatibility with Ryzen is an issue, so select a kit that MSI says is supported, like the F4-3000C16Q-32GTZR kit.
