Well cyberpower pc have a better core, will make a performance in gaming ,but not a big difference with the first build.

Also, the main difference between both buils are the GPU, first link comes with GTX 980ti, and second one with a R9 390x.

Assuming you're going to play @ 1440p, both cards will do the job fine, and for future, you can crossfire the second system without getting a new power supply.

Its your choice, but for me, i would go for second one.

Not a fair comparison considering the cost and performance difference between the 390X and 980 Ti. And what's more important, looks, performance, quality of parts used? You can build a system that will have superior performance than the pre built and still have money left over. Lights and a fancy case don't give you more frames per second.

the plus with cyberpower is the hdd psu and case are all very reuseable for t\your next build a few years from now i did the same thing i have a cyberpower x-saber case and this is my third build with it and i plan a 4th with it

however do upgrade the case fans the basic cyberpower fans are really bad
