Do USB 2.0/3.0 Low Profile PCI (Not Express) Cards Exist?

Just like the title says, I need a Low Profile PCI for USB 2.0, but i have only found PCI-E cards of it. The reason i cant use PCI-E is because my graphics card has already taken up that slot. If there aren't any, then are there any Low Profile PCI to PCI-E x1 cards?

My specs:
Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5400 @ 2.7Ghz
2GB ram (1 DDR2 stick)
Lenovo Thinkcentre M58e
IDK my hard drive

Any help is appriciated!

It looks like he has a very dated PC which only has a single PCI slot and one PCIeX16 slot.
