Just a general question, but I'd like to know if products that are labeled by Amazon sellers as "Used - Like New" still have their original manufacturer warranty. I've found a product like this that is like $40 cheaper than a new version. The seller has a rating of 97% with over 3,500 reviews and describes the product as being "LIKE NEW IN ORIGINAL RETAIL PACKAGING. *OUTER SHIPPING BOX IS SLIGHTLY TRAVELED". Thanks a lot guys!

Thanks for the response; according to the user's reputation, they seem very trustworthy, and plus it's a monitor, which is one of the few things I'd ever buy refurbished or used (another is a PC case but I would NEVER buy a used GPU, CPU, PSU, MoBo, etc.). The first thing I ever bought refurbished was a gaming laptop. I saved like $250 and it actually came brand-new (someone just opened it and returned it). Also, if there is any damage on the screen, I can return it to them and get a refund. But what I really want to know is if "Used - Like New" items from Amazon come with the manufacturer warranty because Amazon doesn't mention anything like that on their condition guidelines, so I'm assuming the items don't come with the warranty, but I just thought I'd check here before ruling out anything.

yeah, that would be incredible! If it isn't the case (I emailed the company about this same question), then I'm going to buy a refurbished one from another seemingly trustworthy seller. I've already pushed the boundaries of my budget which was initially $1000 max with a monitor but is now already $983 without a monitor, so saving $40 on a refurb. monitor that's probably going to look and function like a new one seems like a pretty good deal now. Thx for the advice tho man!
