I've been thinking about getting a Oculus Rift and I meet the minimum requirements, however my graphics card, a GTX 960, only has 2gb of VRAM. This wouldn't be a problem if I could turn down texture settings and whatnot in-game, but do most VR games allow this?

I'm going to be honest with you. I got a 1060 6gb. I have the Oculus and I've seen the games available and the requirements. I recommend the you upgrade your graphics card to at least 1060. At least. Decent frame rate and runs good for majority of games. There are some games that are just to demanding.

I was wondering the same thing. I have a Lenovo Explorer & notice that the video seems a tad blurry(even when just looking around in the Mixed Reality 'Cliff House'). I have a decent CPU and dual 1070's... so not sure what the problem is

Maybe you're experiencing the low resolution of the headset. Going from a 4K 32" monitor to my Vive I notice the image quality is lower. It's like going from 4K to 1080P. Hopefully the Vive Pro fixes this, but then there will be the issue of video cards being able to push it to a solid 90hz. Right now the only AAA title is Fallout 4 VR and it is really just Bethesda milking the VR craze, imo. They couldn't even release it with correct resolution. The game literally tried to run your desktop's resolution on the Vive.

My computer is no potato either. 7700K, 32gigs of ram, 1080ti.

The Vive Pro offers the same resolution as the Samsung Odyssey, only slightly higher than the other Windows MR headsets (including the Lenovo headset). It's still going to feel fairly low-res compared to the monitors we have nowadays.
