those cables come with the case for your PC.

Oh you mean those troubling cables for the PW+/- and reset switch? Yes it's in the case, it's the only way for the case to be powered...

As said above, the cables that connect to the front panel header on the motherboard always come with the case, and are soldered onto the case buttons (power, reset, hdd activity led, etc). Perhaps they are tucked away behind the HDD bay or somewhere.
