[SOLVED] Do you guys know any Fan manufacturer that makes 40x40x28mm hydro bearing fans?

I have been doing research for a while and the only quiet server fans I found are noctua 40x40x20mm(5.000RPM) 14.5dba which have horrible static pressure and Airflow!
Granted alphacool sells some 10.000 rpm ones that max out at 35db with ball bearings but nowadays 30 db is too loud!
On the other hand 20-25db is manageable!

Any suggestions?

Well, the Fractal Design R2 on that page (as well as their newer R3) are hydraulic rifle bearings. But they are even lower RPM and airflow than the Noctua.

With tiny fans it's not the bearings you are going to hear anyway, but the blade turbulence from having to run at such high RPMs to get any meaningful air out of them. So you either have to use a whole lot more low-RPM ones in a row, or go to a long and thin squirrel-cage type if you are height-limited
