Whats the purpose for the build?
Overall decent, no reason for that cooler to be in there, you can ditch that in favor of the stock cooler, or a budget air cooler giving its price point.

It's mainly just planning ahead and just to make a decent rtx build.

i was thinking including an evo 212 aswell as changing the mother board to the b450 tomahawk.
I think that would be decent for overclocking the ryzen.

maybe changing the watercooling to corsair h60 for convenience

I wouldnt recommend either, the EVO was great in its time but its slowly being phased out.
The H60 is a terrible cooler.

ah i see, it's just that i would like water cooling for my build.
I think that master cooler masterliquid 240 would work very well with the ryzen 2600

I personally dont see the point in water cooling a processor that is not at the top of its line.
An R7 maybe, but not an R5.
Instead of spending 70 on a cooler, you could get a 2700x for 20 bucks more.

Don't get too infatuated with water cooling. It's got more than its fair share of downsides.

$99 for the G3 650W is way overpriced.

You can also get a 500GB MX500 for the same price as the 250GB 860EVO you selected.

If you like the looks of the watercooler go for it,but don't expect it to do better than a decent "low" priced aircooler. Some options,

the EVO Black is already a very good cooler for that price. Put the RGB version in since it seems you like that.
Also with a watercooler realize it has to go into the front.

For a psu would a good 550watt already be fine,but if you insist on a 650watt would this be good and cheaper,

cheaper ones are good,the Focus Plus is better and fully modular.

Also when using that case add a 120mm fan for the back if you don't have one at home.

I really like how the NZXT s340 elite looks with the tempered glass panel that covers the whole side of the pc
And the reason for a 650w is mostly just for future proofing

not what you want a VS series in.Esepcially if for not that much more you just will have better quality. Take the Cooler Master EVO Black cooler and ditch the watercooler if you don't have the money.

The Focus+ 650W I linked is DEFINITELY worth the extra $10 over the CX550M you chose.

I get you want to create your own build,but you make just make some odd choices imo. It wil be your pc so that's up to you,but spending over $60 on two extra led fans when you could just put one in the back would give you extra money for a better psu. The CXM isn't that bad,but imo is it worth to spend more on a psu if possible. Theat case you chose already come with two fans (1xback/1xtop) which should do fine for airflow with the cooler as intake at the front.

Realize that the cooler fans and the Corsair led fans wil look quite different in the way the led's give light.Might want to compare them via a video review.

Hwo long you want to save money is up to you. Just make sure it's enough for some decent parts.
