Do you have to toy with the CPU over voltage jumper on an Asus Z170-A to be able to manually set voltages for the cpu ???

I went into the bios and set the voltage to manual and then couldn't input anything ???? I haven't toyed with a bios in over 15 so yeah not sure what to do lol.
The thing is , I want to run my 6700k at stock speed and the voltage in auto seems way high ??? It's been between 1.28 v and 1.31 v so far ??? I tried to find infos on the net and it seems people can go as low as 1.2 ( if not even lower ) without any trouble ??? Would rather be able to run it lower to allow lower temperatures ( not sure how much I would gain but I would assume a few degres celsius ??? ) seeing my computer runs almost all the time and I'm not after those 2 more fps I could get from OCing it a few hundreds Mhz.
Thanks in advance for any help I could get )

My computer is 1 month old ... so I doubt my bios isn't up to date or close to it.
Yeah I can turn manual to switch voltage in the bios but can't input values , it's weird really 🙁

You should still check what bios version you currently have. Plus flashing a newer bios may fix whatever issue you having.
