No, every motherboard I know of comes with built in network adaptor, although if you want wifi you might need a separate adaptor depending on the motherboard you get.

If you go for AMD don't get the LE, it doesn't have a good power phase design. This is better for around the same price

It really depends on what the rest of your setup is but yes the motherboards are ok.
