Do you need to re install Windows with replacing my motherboard?

I'm transforming my ATX tower PC into a LAN party, mobile gaming PC, and am on the my last 2 steps, the motherboard and case. I'm looking at purchasing the ASRock H61MV-ITX LGA 1155 ( I have an Intel i3-2120). It costs about $50. If I were to keep my same CPU, HDD (with Windows 7), and everything else, will I be forced to re install Windows? Also what would I expect upon my first boot?

Another little question would be, does the price difference between the $50 ASRock, and the 2 $80 Asus P8H61, $80 Gigabyte H61N make a difference? Is it worth the extra $30? Durability, performance, etc.? If so which one can be recommended?

Thanks,

Colby H.

Solution
yes you would need to reinstall windows, the other hard-drive you have is also meant to run off the other motherboard.
Okay there is ways to continue running without installing again but I would not recommend it, it is way cleaner to completely reinstall.

With the mobo's all 3 of them are the same, just personal preference.
