Do you need to update your BIOS frequently?

Now that Ryzen 7 is launched and Ryzen 5 is coming soon I'm afraid that I might brick my motherboard cause of all the new bios updates for the Ryzen chips.

I would only update the BIOS if you are currently having problems, Then once the rush of new updates subsides, grab the latest one as it may improve your experience.
