Vote for your favourite GPU manufacturer; either AMD Radeon or nVidia. Please don't argue but you can discuss and debate. Also put a reason for your answer!

Physx lock out on AMD cards
Their heavy use of proprietary standards (and before you cite mantle, it is only proprietary because
it is a low level API thus requires GCN hardware to work --- and I am not to happy about it still)
$1000 for the Titan
$3000 for the ridiculous Titan Z

They just screw over their customers wherever they can because they know that their are brand loyalists so they can get away with it for a while
I was on the ropes for a few years, in the past I just went for the better deal, IMO you get what you pay for. After owning a 7970 I will never buy AMD again, I had to RMA it twice just to get a working card, I constantly had driver issues, and the card couldn’t hold a stable OC, the list goes on. I currently have an EVGA 780 ti, IMO a better running card, better driver support/updates, and I love all the extras you get with NVIDIA, GeForce experience, shadowplay ect. This coming from my experience and opinion.

"Also put a reason for your answer!"

I'm with spookyman on this one. Neither the R7/9 nor the GTX 7** cards have big driver issues and the performance/price ratio varies based on your country. That said, whether one is better than the other mostly depends on where you live.

It does not better which is best, it matters which is card is providing you right things you expect to see in a card. I myself have used a Nvidia and Ati card. First i had ati hd 2400 and i have played modern warfare 2 on it, than i had geforce 210 and it was a nice and played games like sleeping dogs on it and many other games that i can't remember. Now i have R7 250 and i am playing games on high to med settings on stable 30 fps. If a person is know what he is looking for and what can he get within his budget than a person don't need favoritism. There are cards of Amd that are better than and on par with nvidia 780 ti on some aspects and nvidia has cards too in my opinion Consider both, choose what you need not what you desire.

Well said, but it might be time to update your profile info. It still says you have the GT 210 :)

XD i am quite busy catching upto games i left while i had geforce 210, started the assassins creed series from the beginning and have reached to revelations. Than there is Crysis series left 2 and 3. What the hell i have so many games left and watch dogs is releasing.

update: Due to all that catching up i have also lost my month ranking here on graphics card badge.

What card are you using now?

Hold your mouse over his profile picture and you'll see his specs. It's the MSI R9 270.

I was an AMD fan because i only owned amd cpu and graphics. But now i prefer Nvidia because they offer much more performance/watt than AMD.Also Intel offers much more performance/watt than AMD cpu's.So Intel and Nvidi are my new favourites but i still do like AMD just not so much anymore.

smeeze kitty with this one. You can't believe me but i have maxed out battlefield 4 on ultra settings on my configs all thanks to Mantle. Although mantle is not that good to high end PC's but it is doing wonders to me, and R9 series although run a little louder but they are at par with some aspects of gtx 780 ti nvidia most powerful card and what do you know is cheaper and can give far greater fps on theif 2014, watch dogs and battlefield 4 due to their mantle support.

Yeah, it is what it is... I thought you meant something like child labor etc with "ethics".

But business is business. I don't personally care how much they are asking for cards that I will probably never afford, even if they were priced the same way AMD cards are.

Okay let's leave titan Z and focus on drivers. The only problem i have seen in amd drivers is in hd 7xxx series. It is that series of card that i have seen most problems and i dont know for what reason they are that much unstable with some systems and if my memory serves me right most of the people go towards the hd 7xxx cards specially 7850, 7750, 7790 cards like these and they have some problems like glitching, Bsod's, crashing, artifacts, Vram problems.
