This is the new build I purchased:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CKfQt6

Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Asus Z87-A (NFC Express Edition) ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Klevv Fit 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
MSI GeForce GTX 950 2GB Video Card
Fractal Design Define R4 (Black Pearl) ATX Mid Tower Case
SeaSonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM (64-bit)
$706.94

Can you see any problems with the build? I do not need a high performance graphics card, just enough to get by. Thoughts? Anything inexpensive I can do to make things better? This is my first build so any insight would be appreciated.

The motherboard is Z87 which is an old chipset, Z97 is the latest for Haswell. The pricing when I opened the link was kinda of off, I suspect that this is a regional availability issue.

You don't need a 620W PSU for this build, especially with no overclock. Could have easily gotten by with a 350+ watt if there was no overclocking. Good PSU though.

I would just add an 7200RPM HDD to use as a storage, you don't want to fill up an SSD more than 75%, after that the performance of the SSD starts to go down a lot.

Also might want to consider aftermarket CPU cooling, especially if you will be overclocking. No use in buying a Z87 mobo and a "K" processor if you are not going to overclock.
