Do you think 7850 is overkill for my screen resolution?

My screen resolution is (1366x768) I want a new Gpu to play today games in max or high . Is there a better card will run today games on my screen resolution ???

If you can afford it, get it. It will be usefull if you are not planning to upgrade in 2-3 years. Also, if you planning on getting a full HD monitor soon, you'd better stick with this card.
Yes, it's slightly overkill for 1368x768, unless your gonna be playing everything on ultra.

Maybe I will upgrade in 2017. And I will stick with my screen for 2 years or something. And yeah I plan to play today games on ultra . My last question is what is the minimum PSU do I need for this card?

As per this site, its 500W minimum, for even an factory overclocked 7850. I'd suggest you go with a good branded 650W one or better

500 W is enough and good and no its not an overkill for your res

which cpu you have? because your gpu will not do anything (less usage) and strain your cpu and can results in bottleneck
