You would be better off buying a dual set of faster RAM, 3200-3600mhz kit. And I would definitely look into getting a better PSU, the recommended PSU for the card you've picked is 500w.

Unfortunately, the parts list has a lot of issues right now.

The PSU is junk. You're buying two individual sticks of RAM instead of a tested 2x8 kit. Also, painfully slow RAM on a Ryzen. Do you have a plan on updating the BIOS?

Honestly, in your position, I think I would wait until GPU prices settle a bit. $250 for everything outside the CPU/GPU leaves you with little support for these parts.

• Avoid Seagate Barracudas. It's a slow SMR drive with inconsistent performance. Usable for backups/archives only.
• RX 570 is worth ~$250 (not $450). Same thing for GTX 1660 - it's $250 card (not $450).
