This desk top is less than a week old.I got a gaming desktop and everything seemed okay.
But tonight I notice when my desktop starts up there is line tearing going through the screen
and in one of my games the graphics are glitching out.

Here is my Dxdiag: https://pastebin.com/fxAAzABi
I have V-Sync on and set to 59 as my refresh rate says its 59.

CPU: amd Ryzen 5 2600 6-core 2.4ghz(3,9 GHz Turbo)
Motherboard: B450 Asrock Motherboard with RBG controller
Ram: 16gb ddr4 3000 MHz Ram
SSD/HDD: 500GB 2.5 SATA III SSD 3D NAND
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1660 Super(Hope this was right, not really sure)
PSU:600 Watts 80 plus Gold Certified Power Supply not about this info either
OS: version of OS : Windows 10, 10.0.1904 build 19041

You could've listed your specs like so;
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
OS: version of OS
Monitor: and how you're connected to display

If the PSU is recycled, include the age of the PSU. Also, don't just include the wattage of the PSU, add the make and model of the unit. A picture or video of the tearing would help us out two fold.

Oh okay, a lot of times when I ask for help people want my DXDIAG, I never know how to do it anymore.:/

Setting the v-sync to 58 helped with the tearing but not with the game issue I'm having where the roofs are all distorted.

I can't get a picture of the tearing because its upon desktop bootup. And I can't take a screenshot of it.Where do I find the make and model of my desktop? I don't see a sticker anywhere.I didn't put this together my friend did, as I don't know how to assemble it and I don't know how to unassemble it to look for the info.

This is what it is doing with the game, gaps in roofs.I didn't include this as I don't know how many people play Sims 3 and would know.
