[SOLVED] Do you think my GPU is being bottlenecked by my CPU?

What the title says.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570S
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660 SUPER
SSD: Kingston A400 120GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
RAM: Crucial BLS8G3D1609DS1S00. 2x8GB
MBD: MSI H81M-P33 (MS-7817)

considering it's a 6 year old chip, and the S was a lower power version, its likely it is limiting your FPS, but not really a bottleneck unless lowering settings doesn't significantly improve FPS.
A low power CPU from 5 years ago will limit a 1660 super, most noticeably at 1080p or lower.

You have no M.2 slot.

I would recommend a Crucial MX500 500gb or a Western Digital Blue 500gb.

No use to shell out for an expensive drive for an older system, but you don't want to get a really cheap dramless one.
