Do you think this is good? £1100 gaming monster!

Solution
Absolutely great video card (Basically does all of the manly, graphics work) and a really solid CPU, should be able to run pretty well any game on high-ultra fluidly.
I'm not really great at identifying how good a PSU or MOBO are for the money/overall, so definitely get someone to check that out.
A GTX 980 might be overkill, but if you got the spare cash and you really want that little bit extra from your gaming- why not?

Solution
- Drop the 980, and go for a 970. The 980 only offers about 10-15% more performance than the 970, while costing upwards of 280$+.
- The PSU is complete crap. IF you want to have problems down the road, go with it. If you don't go with something like this:

Mobo: Ehh, its decent, I usually go with Asus or Gigabyte, but you should be fine.

Other than that, you should be set.

^^ WHS, CX PSUs are a no-go. I think keeping the 980 is beneficial, for when it's SLI'd later down the road. The 970 is better performance : price ratio though. For the motherboard, you could take a look into the MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition board for the same price.
