So I plan on buying this monitor from a pawn shop to use in a budget gaming computer build

However I've read that lcds refresh rates are a bit slow compared to plasma and that they aren't as good for fast paced things like games, movies and sports. that combined with the fact that the refresh rate and the response time for this monitor aren't listed has me slightly worried. Do you think the refresh rate for this monitor will end up being high enough (at least 60hz) and do you think it has a good response time (5ms at most?)
