a msi 970 gaming motherboard
with the AMD FX-6300, 3,5 GHz (4,1 GHz Turbo Boost) socket AM3+ processor
AOC 24" Gaming Monitor G2460PF Zwart, VGA, DVI-D, HDMI, DP, AMD Free-Sync monitor
a r9 380x will do the job GPU
and i have searched how much wattage my pc will use with and extra 2Tb hdd + a 128Gb ssd some extra fanns and of course the cpu fan.
the wattage will be total around 450 à 475W

With that power hungry cpu, you would be best off with a 850w psu, something good like a hx850i. And i know thats nearly double the wattage of your calculator, but that calculator doesn't take load into count. bare minim for a good i5/970sli is a 750 but with an amd chip, you will need an 850.
