Question Do you use a LED light bar with your screen?

I've been debating about buying an LED light bar for my screen, the only product that my local 3C shop has is a Mi LED Light Bar.

I'm not concerned about the quality of the product because I have used some of Xiaomi products and they are of great quality for the price, but I'd like to have some opinions from those who already used such item (photo of your setup are of great help).

Is it worth purchasing this product and do you think that it does help? Thanks.

I don't think I have proper lighting setup because it's a saloon room, not an office. I can use a desk lamp but it takes some place on my desk that is already messy enough

In the case I think a light like that would work pretty well.
