[SOLVED] "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" message every time I open Ryzen Master

Hello,
Whenever I open the Ryzen Master App, Windows asks me if "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?".
It usually asks this when I'm installing an app, so am I accidentally reinstalling the Ryzen Master App multiple times?

You're not reinstalling it. Windows just does that with some apps for security reasons

Makes it harder for a malicious application to run without your knowledge
