well the stock cooler reach 6500 rpm and it is very noisy and the cpu runs at 78c at full load so i wanted an aftermarket cpu cooler is this good my case is cooler master k380 and if a hyper 212 evo is compatible with this case please tell me

It should work so long as you are not overclocking. I would suggest a 20$ upgrade to closed loop liquid cooling.
