[SOLVED] DOC and PDF file Type files turned to TXT

Hello, while I'm browsing in my laptop (windows 7) I noticed that most of the PDF and Doc files has another copy but TXT file type.
what may cause this issue and how to fix it.
P.S: Those files was in a PC infected by ransom virus "arrow", they are working but this copy of txt shocked me

The question is, what may cause this issue? Am'I infected by something ? Kaspersky didn't found any viruses.

Did you copied them from the infected pc.

The infected pc was having only doc and pdf files. Then i moved the disinfectant folders which not having ..so what i moved is folders of pdf and doc files only

yes it is all in the same infected date 02/02/2017, so I can understand that one of the ransom steps before encrypting the files is to convert it to txt.
so now I can delete those txt files since I don't need it ?
