How can you make the documents and settings redirect to the D: drive. I have
windows 2003 server and the C drive has documents and settings on it. Any
ideas.

Strictly speaking, this can only be done during an unattended setup.
Check here for an unsupported way to do this on a live server.

I found a way to do this.

You have to register the hkey\local machine\software\microsoft\windows
nt\profilelist

Change the path and copy the folder all users to the new documents and
settings. Working great so far.

Yes, that's the unsupported method that is described in KB 236621.
