Dodo dongle not found on ibm t42

Hello,
I have an ibm thinkpad t4 with windows xp professional sp3
I have a dodo dongle for mobile brodband 3g usb 7.2 mbps modem
I pop the dongle into a usb drive on the laptop but the computer does not recognise the dongle
the dodo dongle works on other computers
both usb drives on the t42 work as I have inserted other dongles into them
please help

The Dodo is extinct, mate.

Were the other systems XP?
XP still needs usb drivers for pretty much everything. That stick won't have a universal driver. Im assuming you installed the software?

Maybe call Dildo and ask them.
