Question does 4gb of ram cause fps drop in fortnite ?

Yes it can technically, but your CPU and GPU can also cause this.
You meet minimum requirements:

So 8GB will help, but likely not much, as you fall short of all recommended requirements:

idk because the game run at 120 fps but sometimes at the landing and in the middle of the game the fps goes to 1 or 10 fps so someone told me that s ram problem so i wanted to get sure if that right

told me that s ram problem
I wouldn't trust that at all. There is no way anyone would be able to directly tell if this is RAM without specifically knowing all of your loads / temps / and swapping the RAM itself and testing.

Basically all I'm saying, it could be anything, if some person has just told you off the cuff that it is RAM, take it with a pinch of salt. It could well be attributing, but there is no way they could work that out that easily. You'll want to check your CPU, GPU temps and % usage during the FPS drops. Also checking RAM usage will help identify if it actually is.

I'd suspect you've also got another component potentially limiting you, or background resources that are taking up useful resource whilst you are playing.

Equally remember in fortnite you are also limited by your internet, if your internet speeds drops at intervals, this can also cause dips depending on the nature.

I don't know much, but that GPU usage seems a bit weird to me. Most games have the GPU running at high 90's most of the time.
I don't know about Fortnite though. Is it running at 40% all of the time? Or does it change during the FPS drops?

So i checked the gpu usage again i saw that when the fps drop the gpu usage become 10% then go to 100% and normally without fps drop the gpu usage 80% so is this normal ? Edit (sorry gpu usage wasnt 40 %)
