Does 4th gen cpus get more cheaper after some time

I ant to buy a haswell proccy but getting a thought that recent release of skylake will lower the price of haswell's

So does haswell prices are already lowered or going to be cheaper after 1-2 months

Right now I notice Skylake prices dropping and / Devils Canyon (i.e. 4690k) going up .... still a lotta Haswell MoBos for sale but processors are getting scarce

Z87 MoBos are gone on newegg / Z97 still has 74 models for sale but shrinking every week.
