Does 802.11n support simultaneous dual band?

This link states that 802.11n only supports selectable dual band

However, some of the replies to the questions of this router suggest otherwise. That router does not support 802.11ac and the users say it is simultaneous dual band.

Who is right?

I'm using a router here that supports simultaneous dual band (The TPlink W8980). It says it on the TPlink site

But it isnt ac. It's N

I'm using 2.4 (a wireless printer, and 2 bluray players) and 5 ghz devices (3 computers and a Windows phone), with it now
